Seattle Day 34
June 10, 2006
Since Aidan has been feeling so well we decided to take advantage of this and the beautiful day and use our free passes to the Science Center. The boys loved being there and exploring, especially the new exhibit, "The Science of Video Games." To be honest, even the grown up kids loved it. It was a total flashback. The coolest part was not only did they have all these ancient games, but you could play almost every single one they had there. We all had way too much fun. After playing at the Science Center for about three hours we decided to head down to the wharf for some exploring and then dinner.
The boys enjoyed exploring the little shops on the wharf although Dad could have done without it since abhors shopping of any kind. After the exploring we headed over to the Crab Pot for dinner. It is this great restaurant on the wharf where they serve you your seafood by dumping it on the table in front of you where you get to then use your hands to eat. The boys really loved that. I didn't think Aidan would have any interest in eating crab but apparently watching "Deadliest Catch" has had quite the influence on him. He loved it.
After dinner we headed back to the U Distract and grabbed some Ben and Jerry's at the University Village. We then wrapped up the evening by heading back to the room and watching "Pirates of the Caribbean."
Another great day to thank the Lord for.
Love,
Tanya
