Visit to Last a Little Longer - July 11, 2006 - Updated
Tanya, Mike, and the boys remain in the Tri-Cities. They needed to extend their visit because Tanya came down with a case of Strep Throat, and the Ronald McDonald House is understandably a little reluctant to have her there while she is ill. Thankfully nobody else is feeling any symptoms and all appear to be just fine. Aidan continues to be symptom free and is really enjoying his freedom at Nanny and Papa’s. As soon as Tanya lets loose of some of her pictures, we will make sure they are posted to the BLOG so you can view them.
Annamaria Pragga and her daughters contributed a significant portion of their hair to Locks of Love. Locks of Love will take their contribution and create wigs for those cancer victims that lose their hair due to radiation and/or chemotherapy. Her daughters were joined by two more of Sage’s classmates and they all dedicated their contribution in the name of Aidan. It was wonderful to see such fine young folks stepping forward to help the more unfortunate amongst us. Their efforts were featured in a segment on KEPR TV Local news at 5:00pm and 6:00pm. KEPR posted a small article on their website but have not posted the video. Below is a link to the KEPR article.
