Today was spent preparing for Aidan's 5th Birthday party.  He is so excited to have a birthday and to have a party where his friends can come and play.  He can not wait.  So, today we went out and about searching for Power Ranger S.P.D party supplies. Our first stop was at the Birthday Express store in Kirkland.  Of course Aidan wanted everything that had a Power Ranger on it but Mike and I had to explain to him that Mommy and Daddy could not spend hundreds of dollars for Power Ranger things but we would make sure he had some of it.  That seemed to be just fine with him until we payed for it and walked outside.  Aidan wanted to open all of the stuff we had just bought.  He could not understand why he had to wait until his party.  After a five minute fit and me telling him that I was taking everything back, he finally calmed down.
Next, we were off to Lynnwood to the Party Store.  It was a fun store to look around but they didn't have any Power Ranger stuff.  We did find a Happy Birthday sign though that we will use to point people in the right direction to the house.
We were now headed back to the house to were we spent the rest of the day hanging out with one another.
