Mom and Dad came last night to be here today for Aunt Debbie's surgery.  After getting a late start we all headed over to Virgina Mason Hospital to wait with Uncle Sid while Aunt Debbie was in surgery.  The boys were excellent and very little complaints were had.  After a quick visit with Aunt Debbie after she was out of recovery (Aidan was scared to see her with all the tubes) Mike and I headed out to run some birthday errands while Mom and Dad took the boys for ice cream.  Mike and I had to pick up the cake at Costco and some photos we had printed up and then we headed to Toys R Us to get Aidan a gift.
Once back at the house we grabbed the rest of the family and got a bite to eat at Ivar's.  Aidan loves clam chowder.  Especially when he a Papa share a bowl with some bread to dip into it.  Sage on the other hand enjoys anything without breading so it was the Alderwood Smoked Salmon for him.  After dinner we headed back to the house where we all hit the hay.
