Hello to all of our faithful friends. Thank you for being patient with me as we try to adjust to life at home and the chaos that comes with it. Things are progressing well on our floors. The guys who are doing the work are great. They are taking the extra time that is needed to make sure things are done correctly. I told them that they are probably going to have nightmares about me requesting things being done a certain way. Hopefully they continue to be understanding.
Today I was able to finally speak to my good friend Patty (Chocolate) back at the RMH in Seattle. I have missed her so very much since we left. Not a day goes by that I do not think about her, Jazmin, Carlos, Laurie and Thomas. They all truly became a part of our family and will continue to be so. Patty has a rougher time of it than Laurie and I though. We are back at home being kept busy with our getting back into our daily routines while Patty is stuck back at the house without either of us to be there. The house can be very lonely when your friends are not there, although I am sure that Patty will make new friends also. That is just the kind of great lady that she is.
Aidan is doing great! He runs around like crazy and only every now and again are we reminded that he has cancer. On the whole though he is like most five year olds, full of energy and they think they know it all. I wouldn't want it any other way.
Sage is back into the daily grind of school although he is not enjoying the year so far. The bright spot for him is his new friend Roger and his reacquaintance with his best buddy Taylor.
Mike and Dad went and got fitted for their tuxes today. I didn't go so hopefully they got something good. I am always a little scared when men do their shopping on their own. As for me, still no dress. I didn't even get a chance to go and look for a dress today. Hopefully tomorrow will offer me a little bit more time in between appointments and floor guys.
To all of you, may you be blessed with health and happiness and the knowledge of how precious each and every day is. Please continue to look for postings. I will be here as long as you are.

Glad all is going well and that Aidan is back to his active self. We think of you often and keep you all in our prayers.
Give me a call when you have some time to go get a cup of coffee.

Hi Zaugg Family! I'm so glad to hear that Aidan is doing well and is having fun at school. I hope Sage feels the same way soon - I'm sure the recent months have been very confusing and difficult for him.
I hope the boys are big into Halloween because my sons and I have been finding all sorts of fun tricks and treats to send them! Halloween ranks right up there with Christmas in our house so Sage and Aidan can expect lots of goodies to start arriving soon
Good luck with the floor installation. When we moved into our house six years ago, my boys were thrilled that we went with hardwood floors. I bet that Hot Wheel cars will be a hot comodity in your house like they were in ours
Have a great weekend!!
