MRI Update - August 3, 2007

Today was a special day for the Zaugg and Hammack Families, today we heard hope for a future the first time from Aidan's doctor.

Doctor Geyer talked of taking Aidan off of his Chemo sometime next year and discussed the possibility that Aidan's tumor might, just might be a low grade glioma, based on the way he is symptom free and still surviving this ugly monster.  If that is the case, he might even be cancer free right now!  Tumor/MRI is stable.

I know Dr Geyer is reluctant to give us a clean bill of health, but we will take this piece of hope and accept the miraculous gift we have received.  Thank-you to our Lord Jesus Christ!

I know it is still too early to celebrate, but a huge weight was lifted off of our hearts today.  I know we will still be cautious as we take this new path of hope, but we will be traveling with a lighter load then yesterday.

To ALL our family, friends, and prayer warriors… Thank You!  Please continue to pray for Aidan, his family, and other BSG kids.  Until we get a true cancer free declaration (3 years 9 months from today) we still need those prayers of healing and hope.

From the deepest bottom of our family’s hearts...  thank-you for your continuous support and love.

I don't know you; but I am thrilled to read the latest update about Aidan.
I remember reading on your site that **Believing is half the battle ** and you are so right about that.

I will continue to pray that Aidan is a miracle!

    God Bless
